Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will remain around average or slightly lower as the country is affected by a seasonal Indian low pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badyia “desert” areas.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will gradually drop to become slightly below average and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and local rain showers are expected to fall over the northern and coastal areas at night.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 374/17, Daraa 32/17, Homs 32/18, Lattakia 30/24, Aleppo 35/18, and Deir Ezzor 41/24.
