Damascus, SANA- A working meeting was held Sunday in the Central Commission for Inspection and Control to discuss the basic pillars of the work plan of the Commission during the next phase with regard to administrative and structural aspects, rehabilitation, training and development of work mechanisms in line with the national project for administrative reform launched recently by President Bashar al-Assad.
The meeting which was chaired by Prime Minister Imad Khamis, outlined the main steps to develop the work of the Commission, which starts from equal opportunities among employees in addition to establishing a new administrative structure that includes the developed programs for the employees, the optimal use of human cadres, the complete reevaluation of the employees, and the development of qualitative performance indicators to identify the work and production of each employee in all job ranks.
For his part, Premier Khamis said that the Commission must achieve positive results in its work because it is one of the most important governmental institutions in terms of the nature of its work related to the fight against corruption and administrative imbalance in all its joints.
He considered that training and rehabilitation are the main factors for the process of building a sound institution, which requires the development of a comprehensive plan and the organization to redistribute human cadres and use of the best form.
The Premier called for the establishment of coordination programs and the creation of a good relationship with ministries and strengthening mutual trust for joint action and combating corruption, noting to the importance of forming a working group to frame the work and organize it between the Commission and the Central Auditing Origination in the correct manner.
