Damascus, SANA – Minister of Industry Ahmad al-Hamo discussed with a delegation of the Chinese-Arab Friendship Association (CAFA) prospects of the Syrian-Chinese cooperation in the post-crisis reconstruction stage and the possibility of establishing joint industrial projects.
Minister al-Hamo briefed the delegation on requirements of national industry sector and means of providing necessary raw materials, particularly in the fields of Pharmaceutics, vehicles, machineries, spare parts and tires, stressing the need to further enhance cooperation between Syrian and Chinese companies, exchange expertise and establish joint projects.
For their part, members of the delegation expressed keenness on strengthening cooperation, implementing industrial projects and contributing to the reconstruction process in the country.
