Ulaanbaatar, SANA- The Syrian team for bodybuilding won a gold and two silver medals at the Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships which wrapped up activities at the Mongolian
capital of Ulaanbaatar on Saturday with participation of bodybuilders from 17 countries.
The Syrian athlete Mohammad Deib Qutait won the gold medal in (85 kg) category . Athletes Muhannad Rihawi in (above 100 kg) category and Fadi Asfahani in (80 kg) of the Masters category
won two silver medals.
Last April, the Syrian team ranked second at the Mediterranean Championship held in Algeria after winning 9 medals including (1 gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze medals ).
