Damascus, SANA – The temperatures will remain around average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere accompanied by a relatively cold and wet air mass.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy in general to become cloudy in the afternoon and in the evening, and local thundershowers will fall over most areas.
The wind will be easterly to southeasterly with a light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low to medium in height.
Tomorrow, the skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy sometimes and rain showers are expected in different areas while the temperatures will drop to become slightly below average.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 17/6, Daraa 18/7, Homs 17/7, Lattakia
20/12, Aleppo 17/6, and Deir Ezzor 21/8.
