Wednesday weather: Temperatures to drop, rain in most areas

Damascus, SANA – Temperatures will drop to become below average by 2 to 4 degrees as the country is affected by low air pressure accompanied by a wet air mass in all layers of the atmosphere.

The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be cloudy and rainy accompanied by thunder in most areas.

The winds will be east to southeasterly of moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 15/05, Daraa 15/06, Homs 14/05, Hama 15/06, Lattakia 17/15, Aleppo 14/04, and Deir Ezzor 18/05.
