Tehran, SANA- Chairman of the Committee for Foreign Policy and National Security at the Iranian Shura Council, Alaeddin Broujerdi said on Monday that the United States and its allies follow wrong policies that inflame the crisis in Syria, adding “this approach cannot be accepted at all”.
Broujerdi said in a statement to Iran’s Fars News Agency “Despite the slogans of peace calls raised by some countries in the region and the world towards Syria, but they still inflame the problems in Syria, adding that the Americans declare that they will supply armed groups with advanced equipment.
He described the current situation in Syria in the fight against terrorism as much better compared to the latest years, stressing that the only way to resolve the crisis in Syria is through a Syrian- Syrian dialogue.
