Information Minister explores ways to support international media presence in Syria with Michel el Murr

Damascus, SANA- Minister of Information Dr. Hamza Mustafa explored with Lebanese politician and Chairman of of MTV Television, Mr. Michel el Murr prospects for cooperation in the media field and ways to support the presence of foreign media outlets in Syria.

During the meeting, the Minister reviewed the Ministry of Information’s efforts to develop the media infrastructure and provide the necessary facilities for media outlets wishing to cover events from within Syria. He noted that these steps align withf the government’s commitment to creating a more open media environment and enhancing transparency in conveying the true picture of what is happening in Syria to Arab and international public opinion.
