Quneitra, Oct. 1 (SANA) Quneitra province launched a campaign Thursday to upgrade roads and other public infrastructure, with projects ranging from sewage networks and street lighting to sanitation services.
Governor Ghassan al-Sayyed Ahmad launched the “Our Golan Deserves It” campaign at the governorate building as part of efforts to improve services and infrastructure across the province.
Ahmad told SANA the program includes road rehabilitation and paving, sewage works, lighting in residential areas and streets, support for sanitation services and other development projects selected according to local needs.
The projects will be carried out through the end of the year, with priorities determined by field assessments, he said.
