Syria graduates 314 police recruits after four-month training program

Damascus, Feb. 20 (SANA) Syria’s Interior Ministry has graduated 314 police recruits after completing a four month training program.

The Ministry said on its Telegram channel that the trainees underwent comprehensive theoretical and practical programs, which included specialized courses on report documentation, judicial police procedures, field exercises, and modules on human rights and international humanitarian law, in addition to professional conduct and discipline skills,aimed at strengthening lawful and disciplined performance across various duties.

The Ministry added that the graduates will be assigned to different departments of the Interior Ministry across Syrian provinces to support units with qualified personnel and to bolster security readiness in line with current needs.

The graduation ceremony included honoring the top-performing trainees in recognition of their academic and field excellence.

The graduates also took the Internal Security Oath, affirming their commitment to protecting the homeland, serving citizens, and upholding the law with integrity and responsibility.
