Damascus International Airport sees 146,000 passengers in November

Damascus, Dec. 15 (SANA) Damascus International Airport handled a total of 146,000 passengers in November, according to new figures released by Syria’s General Authority of Civil Aviation.

The data, covering the period from November 1 to 30, shows that 75,303 passengers departed the airport, while 70,916 arrived.

A total of 846 flights were operated during the month, including 805 passenger flights, 20 diplomatic flights, and 21 charter flights.

The report also noted that 15 airlines were operating at the airport, and 4,954 visas were issued to passengers upon arrival.
In October, the number of passengers passing through the Airport exceeded 160,000, including both arrivals and departures.
