Homs, Apr. 23 (SANA) Homs Al-Fidaa defeated visiting Al-Wahda 104–70 on Wednesday in the Syrian Men’s Basketball League at Ghazwan Abu Zaid Hall in Homs.
The game saw a balanced contest in the first half, with Homs Al-Fidaa leading 25–23 at the end of the first quarter before extending the margin to 49–44 at halftime.
The home side took full control after the break, widening the gap to 75–59 by the end of the third quarter. They maintained their dominance in the final period to secure a convincing 34-point victory.
With the result, Homs Al-Fidaa strengthened their position at the top of the league standings with 26 points.
