Damascus, Jan.18 (SANA) President Ahmad Al-Sharaa conducted Sunday a phone call with Masoud Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
During the call, the two sides reviewed the latest developments in Syria, while underscoring Syria’s unity, sovereignty, and stability.
Barzani, for his part, commended Presidential Decree No. (13) of 2026, which guarantees the rights and specific cultural and social particularities of Kurds in Syria.
