Amman, Sep.9 (SANA) Jordan on Wednesday offered its condolences to the Syrian government and people over the victims of an explosion at a temporary warehouse used to collect weapons and war remnants in northern Idlib countryside, reaffirming its solidarity and support for Syria.
In a statement posted on X, the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the Syrian government and people over the victims of the explosion at the warehouse in Idlib province.
Ministry spokesperson Fouad al-Majali reaffirmed Jordan’s full solidarity with and support for the Syrian government and people, extending condolences to the victims’ families and wishing a speedy recovery to those injured.
Earlier on Wednesday, fourteen people were killed and 14 others injured, according to a preliminary toll, in the explosion earlier Wednesday near the city of Sarmada in northern Idlib countryside.
