Occupied Jerusalem, Dec. 10 (SANA) Israeli forces arrested 43 Palestinians during raids across multiple areas of the West Bank on Wednesday, Palestinian media reported.
According to the Palestinian News Agency WAFA, the raids targeted Nablus, Tulkarm, Qalqilya, Salfit, Jericho, and the Aqbat Jabr refugee camp, as well as Ras Khamis neighborhood northeast of Jerusalem, Teqoaʿ southeast of Bethlehem, Arraba and Bir al-Basha south of Jenin, and Beit Ummar in Hebron.
In addition, dozens of settlers entered Al-Aqsa Mosque through the Mughrabi Gate under heavy Israeli security, carrying out provocative actions in the courtyards.
Israeli authorities have maintained a high pace of arrests in the West Bank since the outbreak of the war on October 7, 2023, with the total number of detainees reaching approximately 21,000, including in Jerusalem.
