Istanbul, SANA-The 10th Istanbul International Arabic Book Fair kicked off Saturday in Istanbul, Turkey, with the attendance of the city’s governor, Davut Gül, and a number of high-ranking official and cultural figures, along with a group of publishers and writers from various Arab countries.
