The "Bright Beginnings" exhibition highlights local art and diverse painting styles in Tartous

Tartous, March 6 (SANA) The Arab Cultural Center in Tartous inaugurated the “Bright Beginnings” exhibition on Thursday, featuring 27 paintings by local artists as part of the Arabic Calligraphy, Painting, and Fine Arts Week.

The exhibition presents a variety of styles, ranging from realism and classical to abstract, with works exploring landscapes, marine life, and portraiture. Artists employed diverse techniques, including oil paints and paste, to add depth and texture to their pieces.

Organizers said the exhibition aims to support the local art scene, provide a platform for artists to showcase their work to the public, and promote broader appreciation for visual arts within the community.
