Beirut, SANA- Syria’s Ambassador in Beirut Ali Abdel Karim on Wednesday offered condolences over the death of Iran’s Former President and Head of the Expediency Council Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani at the Iranian Embassy in Beirut.
Senior officials and delegations also offered their condolences at the embassy.
On Tuesday, Iran bade farewell to its former leader Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani with a massive state funeral. Rafsanjani died of a heart attack on Sunday at age 83 .
