Terrorist organizations target Syrian TV team in Sweida

Sweida, SANA The driver of the Syrian television’s media team was killed and reporter Anas al-Salman and cameraman Durgham al-Dbisi were injured in terrorist mortar attack on al-Tha’la airport in Sweida, SANA reporter said.

The team was covering the Army’s operations in the area surrounding al-Tha’la airport when armed terrorist organizations targeted them with mortar shell.

Recounting the circumstances of the attack, al-Salman said: “terrorists fired a mortar shell against us in the area surrounding al-Tha’la airport… The driver of our car was dead and I was injured in my back, while the cameraman sustained shrapnel injuries to his leg.”

“The attack will not prevent us from performing our duty in uncovering the crimes and attacks of terrorist organizations,” al-Salman vowed.
