Syrian national football team ties with Lebanese counterpart 2-2 in a friendly match

Beirut, SANA-Syrian national football team tied Sunday with its Lebanese counterpart 2-2 in a friendly match held in Sidon.

The game comes as a preparation for the two teams ahead of world Cup of Russia 2018 and Asian Cup of UAE 2019 joint qualifications.

Abdul-Razak Hussein and Mardick Mardickian scored for Syria at the 7^th and 61st minutes of the match.

The Syrian national football team came in the 5^th group for the world and Asian cup qualifications along with Afghanistan, Singapore, Cambodia and Japan.
