Homs, SANA- Firefighting teams in Homs province, in cooperation with Syrian Arab Army helicopters, are making efforts to control a fire that broke out in famlands of Hab Namra town in the province western countryside.
Speaking to SANA, head of the Hab Namra town council, Nizar Shabshul said that a fire broke out in the town’s agricultural lands and spread towards some houses, as firefighting teams and army helicopters are working to extinguish the fire with the help of the residents.
A large percentage of the fire has been brought under control, he added.
