Pro-Palestinian protests across U.S. cities to commemorate the Nakba and demand an end to the Israeli aggression on Gaza

Washington, SANA- Hundreds of pro-Palestine people held demonstrations in many American cities to mark the 76th anniversary of the Nakba, which commemorates the displacement of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians during the creation of the state of Israel in 1948.

Protestors in solidarity with the Palestinian cause stressed on the need to stop the crimes and massacres committed by the occupation against the Palestinian people which continues for the 226th day, Wafa news agency reported.

Members of the Palestinian and Arab communities commemorated the 76th anniversary of the Nakba with marches and sit-ins in American city centers, carrying the keys to the “symbol of the right of return” and banners demanding freedom for Palestine.
