Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad has made a phone call with Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
During the call, the two presidents discussed the positive developments in the Arab arena as President al-Assad expressed Syria’s appreciation for the role played by the UAE for reuniting and improving Arab relations, in a way that enhances joint Arab cooperation and serves the interests of Arab countries and peoples.
Talks also dealt with the bilateral relations and the ongoing cooperation between Syria and the UAE in different domains.
