Presidential law allows technical institutes to be production centers

Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad on Wednesday issued law No. 25 for 2022 that regulates a mechanism to take the technical institutes as production centers and substitute legislative decree No. 39 for 2001.

The new law allows the technical institutes to manufacture machines, tools and equipment, selling them and contracting with business sector on training and manufacturing productions.
