Five COVID-19 new cases, 18 recoveries detected in Syria on Monday

Damascus, SANA- Syria reported Monday five new coronavirus cases, 18 recoveries, Health Ministry said in a statement.

The total number of infections recorded in the country till now has reached to 55,858, of which 52,343 have recovered, and 3,150 have passed away, according to the statement.

On Sunday, Syria detected 6 new coronavirus cases, while 20 recoveries were registered.
