Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will stay below average in general as the country is affected by a superficial high pressure accompanied by northwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The skies will be clear with some scattered clouds, while at night the weather will be cold, especially over the mountains, and fog is expected in most inland areas, according to the Meteorology Department.
The wind will be of changeable direction and low speed, while the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 18/7, Daraa 19/6, Homs 19/11, Lattakia 23/16, Aleppo 19/8, and Deir Ezzor 21/11.
