Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain from 1 to 3 degrees above average as the country is affected by the Indian seasonal low air pressure accompanied by northwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the weather will be hot and clear in general with some scattered clouds over the coastal area, while the weather will be misty and very hot in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia “semi-desert” regions.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and active gusts with speed exceeds 50 km/h, while it will be southwesterly moderate in the coastal region, and the sea waves will be low to medium in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 37/23, Daraa 35/21, Lattakia 31/26, Aleppo 39/24 and Deir Ezzor 43/29.
