Hasaka ,SANA – Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC)- Hasaka branch distributed ,with a support from the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) , 4800 portions include food and relief assistance to the families in need in Hasaka southern countryside.
In a statement to SANA, Head of the branch in Hasaka ,Ali Mansour, said that the distribution process included ,till now, the families in 20 villages and population groups in Hasaka southern countryside, adding that every distributed portion contains a food basket in addition to a basket of household items specialized in the kitchen along with lighting sets that work on the sun solar energy.
Mansour asserted that SARC volunteers in Hasaka will continue distributing in the countryside till covering all families, especially in the southern region of the province which contains a number of poor families who suffered a lot from terrorism.
This is the fourth stage of the response plan carried out by SARC in Hasaka southern countryside, as 7800 families had benefited from the first phase , and 17400 families from the second one with 8055 families from the third.
