“It is My Right to Learn” initiative to distribute stationary among needy students

Damascus, SANA- With the approach of the new school year and the opening of schools, Ammirha “Build It” voluntary team has launched an initiative under the title (It is My Right to Learn) that aims to collect stationery and school bags to distribute them at the beginning of next week to the needy students.

Mohammad al-Jadou’a, the team’s leader, told SANA that the initiative this year targets students in the first stage of the basic education and is characterized by an increase in supplies of stationery allocated to each student compared to previous years, which constitutes an additional challenge that the team is working to overcome with more efforts and work.

Al-Jadou’a indicated that the team is working on another initiative at the same time for addressing the novel coronavirus “Covid-19” as the campaign targets patients with respiratory tract through providing oxygen cylinders and medications needed for the patients.

It is worth mentioning that Ammirha “Build It” team is concerned with the voluntary and humanitarian work through launching a number of the social, developmental and relief initiatives.
