Idleb, SANA- Idleb Education Directorate continues to implement the school vaccination campaign in schools in the liberated areas to immunize students and ensure their safety.
Idleb Education Director Abdul Hamid al-Muamar said in a press statement that “The campaign included 4 schools in Abu al-Dohour and 5 schools in the countryside of Khan Sheikhoun”.
“The Campaign will continue to cover the remaining schools of the liberated countryside from the province which includes providing bilateral child tetanus and diphtheria vaccine, and oral paralysis to first-grade students bilateral “tetanus and diphtheria” vaccine for sixth-grade students, after receiving the approval of the students’ parents”, the Director added.
last November, Ministry of Education launched a campaign for school vaccination in all provinces and it will continue until the end of next March as it comes in completion of the immunization of children after the national vaccination program implemented by the Ministry of Health for children from the age of one day to one and a half years which immunizes them against 11 diseases.
