Syrian artists honored at Al Din Arab festival in Oman

Muscat, SANA-Syrian artists Muna Wassef, Asaad Fedda and Mustafa al-Khani were honored at Al Din Arab festival in Oman.

The honoring came for the artists’ performance in cinema, theater and television.

Also in the Festival, actor al-Khani gave a lecture entitled “Comedy and Upgrading Theatrical Work” at the Gulf College in Muscat, in cooperation with the Kuwaiti artist Intisar al-Sharah, amidst a large audience of Arab students and artists.

Al Din Arab festival, said to be the third biggest theatre festival in the Middle East, is held at the Gulf College with the aim of showcasing plays from the Arab countries.

The festival will comprise three main competitions in three categories: Children, Adults and Street Theatre.
