Moscow, SANA- Russian President’s Special Envoy on Syria Alexander Lavrentiev and Francois Senemaud, French President Personal Representative for Syria discussed on Tuesday the situation in Syria.
Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the two sides touched on issues related to the continuation of coordinated efforts between Russia and France to promote the process of political settlement of the crisis in Syria in accordance with UN Security Council Resolution No.2254.
The meeting also focused on the humanitarian aspects, the statement added.
