Hasaka, SANA- The Council of Dignitaries and Tribes’ Leaders of Hasaka strongly condemned the Turkish aggression on Afrin area in Aleppo northern countryside, stressing that this aggression comes as a completion to Turkey’s role in supporting terrorist organizations.
In a statement on Sunday, the Council said that the aggression launched by the Turkish regime is considered a violation of the de-escalation zones agreement through the direct coordination with Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization and supporting it in Idleb.
“Afrin and Manbij and northern Syria as a whole are inseparable part of the territories of the Syrian Arab Republic and the aggression on Afrin is an aggression against the Syrian people,” the statement said, calling for uniting the ranks to face the new Ottoman arrogance.
The Council’s statement slammed the US-Turkish collusion regarding what is taking place in Afrin and the region, referring to the direct coordination between the two sides to target the Syrian people and occupy their land.
