Sit-in before UN office in Damascus in protest of Trump decision on al-Quds

Damascus, SANA – Palestinian, Arab, and Syrian student and youth organizations held on Thursday a sit-in before the UN office in Damascus in protest of US president decision on al-Quds (Jerusalem).

Participants in the sit-in handed a paper to the UN office, demanding the applying of the UN resolutions regarding the status of al-Quds city, including resolution No. 194 that stipulates the return of Palestinian refugees to their Home.

In a statement to SANA, the participants expressed their refusal and condemnation of Trump’s decision, affirming that al-Quds will remain the capital of Palestine.
