Russia sanctions 384 Japanese parliamentarians

Moscow, SANA- Russian Foreign Ministry announced Friday that a large number of Japanese parliaments have been sanctioned and have become on the list of the personnel prevented from entering the Russian territories.

“Russia banned 384 members from the Japanese House of Representatives from entering Russia as of July 14th”, RIA Novosti quoted the ministry as saying, adding that the MPs are of those who had shown aggressive and unfriendly stances against Russia and made unfounded accusations against it in terms of the Special Military operations in Ukraine”.

The statement pointed out that this decision came after Japan had imposed sanctions against numerous number of State Duma’s members last April.
