Homs, SANA- The Internal Security Directorate in al-Qusayr City, in the countryside of Homs, has thwarted an attempt to smuggle a shipment of weapons into Lebanese territory.
The Ministry of Interior explained via its Telegram channel that the shipment included anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs) and 30mm ammunition.
The ministry stated that the weapons were confiscated, and the truck driver was arrested and referred to the competent judiciary for legal procedures.
