Damascus, SANA- Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of several individuals involved in the attack on a Public Security patrol in the Qaboun area.
In a post on its official Telegram account, the ministry stated: “As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security and stability, the Public Security Department in Damascus conducted a sweeping operation in Tishreen neighborhood of Qaboun area.”
“The operation targeted wanted individuals from the remnants of the deposed regime involved in the attack on a Public Security patrol. The operation resulted in the arrest of some individuals and the seizure of weapons and ammunition in their possession. Legal action will be taken against them accordingly,” the Ministry of Interior added.
