Doha, Aug. 23 (SANA) Qatar on Sunday strongly condemned the terrorist attack targeting an Internal Security Forces bus in Damascus countryside, which injured several personnel.
“The State of Qatar expresses its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack that targeted a bus belonging to the Internal Security Forces in the countryside of Damascus in the sisterly Syrian Arab Republic,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
The ministry reaffirmed Qatar’s rejection of violence, terrorism and criminal acts, regardless of their motives, and expressed full solidarity with the Syrian government in measures to maintain security and stability.
It also wished the injured a swift recovery.
Several Internal Security Forces personnel were injured Saturday when an explosive device detonated on their bus on the Marouneh–al-Tall road in Damascus countryside.
