Daraa, Aug. 18 (SANA) Israeli forces fired an artillery round toward the Yarmouk Basin in western Daraa countryside on Tuesday, striking a valley west of Abidin, with no casualties or material damage reported, SANA correspondent reported.
On Thursday, Israeli forces shelled the outskirts of al-Samadaniyah al-Gharbiyah in the northern Quneitra countryside with three artillery rounds, with no casualties reported. Syria consistently demands the withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from its territory, stressing that all Israeli measures are null and void under international law, and calls on the international community to assume its responsibilities and compel Israel to withdraw fully from southern Syria.
