Damascus, May. 16 (SANA) Interior Minister, Anas Khattab, met with a delegation from Saudi Arabia’s Embassy in Damascus, headed by Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to the Syrian Arab Republic, Faisal bin Saud al-Mujfel.
The Interior Ministry stated on its Telegram channel on Saturday that talks during meeting addressed the deep fraternal relations between the Syrian Arab Republic and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Syrian side appreciated Ambassador al-Mujfel’s efforts during his tenure in Syria to enhance cooperation and coordination between the two countries in various fields.
Saudi Arabia’s Embassy organized a farewell reception for Ambassador al-Mujfel last Sunday at the Four Seasons Hotel in Damascus, marking the end of his term.
