Israeli forces arrest four men after incursion into northern Quneitra countryside

Quneitra ,Jan 8 (SANA) Israeli occupation forces arrested four young men after infiltrating into the northern countryside of Quneitra in recent hours, setting up a checkpoint on the road between the town of Jbata al-Khashab and Ain al-Bayda village.

An Israeli force consisting of five military vehicles set up a checkpoint at the al-Kasarat junction on the road between Jbata al-Khashab and Ain al-Bayda. The troops searched passers-by before arresting four young men from Jbata and transferring them to the al-Hamidiyah point, according to SANA’s correspondent in Quneitra.

Earlier, an Israeli force had advanced into the area surrounding Tal al-Ahmar al-Sharqi in the southern countryside of Quneitra and raised its flag over the site.

The correspondent noted that this action is part of the ongoing violations carried out by Israeli forces in Quneitra’s countryside, sparking concern and resentment among local residents.
