Algiers, June 4 (SANA) Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani met on Thursday with Murad Hanifi, the Minister of Mines and Mining Industries of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to discuss prospects for strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed frameworks for cooperation in the fields of energy, mining and related industries, and discussed ways to enhance coordination and expand joint cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
Earlier on Wednesday, al-Shaibani had a phone call with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Ayman Safadi to discuss recent regional developments and their broader implications.
