Homs, SANA – The Internal Security Forces (ISF) in Homs province arrested a group of individuals on Saturday who impersonated security personnel and carried out robberies. Weapons and narcotics were seized in their possession.
The police department arrested a group of individuals in an abandoned building in Karm al-Zeitoun neighborhood after receiving several reports of robberies targeting citizens, the Homs Governorate illustrated via its Telegram channel.
It indicated that a quantity of stolen goods, more than 1,800 narcotic pills, and various narcotic substances (hashish and crystal meth) were seized from the arrested individuals, along with weapons and ammunition they used in their crimes.
The necessary reports were prepared against them in preparation for their referral to the competent judiciary.
