Aleppo, Feb. 11 (SANA) Al-Shabiba defeated al-Ahli Aleppo 101-88 in the Men’s Basketball League in a match held Tuesday at al-Shabiba Hall in Aleppo.
Al-Shabiba opened strongly, with professional player Anderson leading the offense through accurate three-point shooting, to take a 33-27 lead at the end of the first quarter.
Al-Ahli responded in the second quarter, rallying to take a narrow lead at halftime. However, al-Shabiba regained control in the second half and secured a 13-point victory.
