Damascus, May. 6 (SANA) President Ahmad al-Sharaa received on Wednesday Chief of Staff to the President of the French Republic, General Vincent Giraud, and an accompanying delegation at the People’s Palace in Damascus.
Talks during the meeting dealt with several issues of mutual interest, developments in the region and ways to enhance coordination and cooperation between Syria and France.
Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani attended the meeting.
