Lebanese Health Ministry: Israeli aggression since March claims 3,371 lives

Beirut, May 30 (SANA) The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced on Saturday that the death toll resulting from Israeli strikes on Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 3,371 people.

The number of wounded has also reached 10,129, according to the ministry.

Earlier on Saturday, southern Lebanon and the western Bekaa region witnessed a broad military escalation marked by a series of Israeli airstrikes, artillery shelling, and demolition operations targeting several towns and residential areas.

The attacks resulted in casualties, injuries, and widespread property damage.

Despite the ceasefire announced on April 17 and remaining in effect until May 17, the Israeli military continues to carry out daily strikes against locations in Lebanon, causing deaths and injuries while also demolishing homes in dozens of villages, according to Lebanese reports.
