Beirut, March 24 (SANA) Lebanese Ministry of Public Health announced on Tuesday that the number of victims from Israeli attacks on Lebanon since the beginning of the month has risen to 1,072 killed and 2,966 injured.
According to the daily report issued by the Public Health Emergency Operations Center (PHEOC) in Lebanon, the number of child fatalities has reached 121, while 382 children have been injured, as reported by the National News Agency.
Israel has intensified its attacks on Lebanon since early March following strikes by Hezbollah on Israeli positions. Israeli forces have carried out daily airstrikes on Beirut’s southern suburbs and across southern and eastern regions, while advancing on multiple fronts in southern Lebanon.
