Two drones crash in Oman, killing two workers amid U.S.-Israeli-Iran conflict

Muscat, March 13 (SANA) Two people were killed and several others injured Friday after two drones crashed in the northern Omani Province of Sohar.

According to the Oman News Agency, one drone fell in the Al Awhi Industrial Zone, killing two foreign workers and injuring others. A second drone crashed in an open area in Sohar Province, but no injuries or damage were reported.

The incidents follow a recent string of drone attacks in Oman. Over the past two days, authorities have shot down several drones, including some that struck fuel tanks at the port of Salalah earlier this week.

Iran has continued its attacks using drones and missiles on civilian sites and critical infrastructure in several Arab countries since the start of the U.S.-Israeli–Iranian war on February 28.
