Ankara, March 5 (SANA) Türkiye’s foreign minister, Hakan Fidan, on Wednesday held a series of phone calls with his counterparts from Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia to discuss the latest regional developments, according to Turkish officials.
According to the Anadolu Agency, sources at the Turkish Foreign Ministry stated that Fidan spoke with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Kuwait’s Jarrah Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah, Jordan’s Ayman Safadi, and Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani. The ministers exchanged assessments of the situation.
Several Arab countries have come under Iranian missile and drone attacks since Saturday, causing casualties and damage after U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran.
