Abu Dhabi, March 1 (SANA) Anwar Gargash, diplomatic adviser to the UAE president, said Sunday that Iran’s aggression against Gulf countries had misjudged its target and further isolated Tehran at a critical moment.
In a post on X, Gargash wrote: “Your war is not with your neighbors. With this escalation, you have reinforced the narrative among those who see Iran as the main source of threat in the region and its missile program as a constant symbol of instability.”
He added: “Return to reason and to your surroundings, and deal with your neighbors with wisdom and responsibility before the circle of isolation and escalation widens.”
Since Saturday, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, the UAE and Kuwait have reported Iranian missile and drone attacks, resulting in civilian injuries and material damage.
